# Early Access Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Hilo Early Access Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

### 1. Purpose of Early Access

The Hilo Early Access Program is designed to reward early users with a **head start in experience, progression, and access** to the platform before public launch.\
It is **not** a financial product, investment, or promise of monetary returns.

### 2. Eligibility & Availability

* Early Access is **strictly limited to the first 500 secured accounts**.
* An account is considered secured once a user successfully whitelists their email and creates an account when the app becomes available.
* Hilo reserves the right to close Early Access at any time once the limit is reached.

### 3. Early Access Rewards

Eligible users may receive:

* **50 HILO** (in-app reward balance)
* **1,000 XP** (experience points)

These rewards are granted **upon first login** after the app goes live.

### 4. **Nature of HILO & XP Rewards**

* **XP** represents experience and progression only.
  * XP is earned instantly through platform activity.
  * XP has **no monetary value** and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed.
* **HILO rewards** are earned through participation on the Hilo platform.
  * HILO rewards **cannot be withdrawn immediately**.
  * Withdrawal is only enabled once a user reaches a **minimum threshold of 500 HILO** in in-app rewards.

### 5. Use & Activity Requirements

* Rewards are intended to be used through **active participation** on the platform.
* Users must log in, remain active, and use the platform in accordance with its rules and features.
* Inactive or abusive accounts may forfeit Early Access benefits.

### 6. Benefits of XP

XP may provide:

* Faster access to certain platform features
* Earlier unlocking of tools, markets, or experiences
* Improved progression speed compared to non-early users

XP **does not guarantee outcomes**, performance, or success, and does not influence market resolutions unfairly.

### 7. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

The following are prohibited:

* Creating multiple accounts to gain additional rewards
* Exploiting bugs, loopholes, or unintended behavior

Hilo reserves the right to:

* Adjust, reduce, or revoke rewards
* Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

### 8. Changes & Modifications

Hilo may modify, update, or discontinue the Early Access Program or its rewards at any time, including:

* Reward amounts
* XP mechanics
* Feature access conditions

Changes will not affect already-earned XP unfairly but may affect future availability.

### 9. No Financial Guarantee

* Early Access rewards are **not investments**
* No profits, returns, or earnings are guaranteed
* Participation is for entertainment, competition, learning, and platform exploration purposes only

### 10. Acceptance

By joining Early Access, you confirm that:

* You have read and understood these terms
* You agree to use the platform responsibly
* You accept that Early Access benefits are limited, non-transferable, and non-withdrawable
