How to Add Funds to Your Balance on Hilomarket
Hilomarket is fully non-custodial, meaning you always retain control of your funds.
About USDT and Arbitrum and HILO Chain
Hilomarket uses USDT (Tether), one of the most widely recognized and widely used stablecoins, backed by the U.S. dollar.
USDT on HILO Chain operates on the Arbitrum network, enabling fast, secure, and cost-efficient on-chain transactions. By leveraging USDT on Arbitrum, Hilomarket enhances the user experience while ensuring reliable and transparent transaction records.
Supported Tokens and Coins
Hilomarket supports deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), USDT (on TRC-20, ERC-20, and Arbitrum), and USDC.
Make sure your deposit meets the minimum amount, deposits below the minimum may be lost and cannot be recovered.
Always double-check that the token, network, and deposit address match, incorrect deposits may result in permanent loss of funds.
Hilomarket uses ChangeNOW.io as its payment gateway for deposits. When you deposit, both blockchain gas fees and ChangeNOW fees apply. In rare cases where network gas fees suddenly spike, you may receive less than expected. This occurs due to network conditions at the time of your deposit and is outside Hilomarket’s control. If you encounter this situation or want a detailed breakdown of fees, please contact ChangeNOW.io support.
HILO Token Deposits
Since HILO is the main token used to create, evaluate, validate, and access other features on the platform, we've made depositing it simple. You can use any wallet or exchange to send HILO directly to your designated Ethereum (ETH) address.
Do not send HILO (Solana) to an Ethereum address, funds may be lost.
