Roadmap

Hilo’s roadmap is designed to balance product maturity, controlled scaling, regulatory alignment, and long-term sustainability. The focus is on validating the core system, expanding functionality deliberately, and building toward a scalable data and revenue platform. Marketing and distribution efforts are active throughout every phase, scaling proportionally with product readiness and platform maturity.

Q1 2026 — Product Readiness and Validation

By Q1 2026, the core Hilo product is functional and undergoing active testing. This phase is focused on validating system behavior, signal evaluation, and user participation under real conditions, while running targeted, low-scale marketing to attract early testers and seed initial network effects.

Key milestones include: Core prediction and signal contribution workflows live Background evaluation and aggregation systems operational Early testers actively using the platform Feedback loops in place to refine UX, incentives, and system behavior Initial data collection and calibration

The priority during this phase is correctness, stability, learning, and early awareness-building within relevant user segments.

Q2 2026 — Feature Expansion and Controlled Scaling

In Q2 2026, Hilo begins expanding platform capabilities while increasing user participation. This phase focuses on moving from validation to early scaling, with marketing efforts expanding alongside feature releases and geographic growth.

Planned initiatives include: Rolling out additional product features and utilities Improving analytics, aggregation views, and data access Expanding tester base into a broader group of active users Gradual geographic expansion into additional countries Introducing early subscription experiments and premium utilities Exploring initial API access for selected partners

This phase is centered on testing monetization assumptions while preserving data quality and system integrity, supported by proportional growth in user acquisition, partnerships, and brand presence.

H2 2026 — Distribution, Integrations, and Ecosystem Growth

As the platform matures, the focus shifts toward distribution, integrations, and ecosystem expansion, with marketing becoming more programmatic, scalable, and channel-diverse.

Key initiatives include: Launching downloadable mobile applications, including Google Play Store and other app marketplaces Improving mobile-first user experience and accessibility Expanding integrations with external platforms and tools Developing partnerships with research institutions, enterprises, and data consumers Broadening API offerings and data products Increasing international coverage and market diversity

During this phase, Hilo transitions from a standalone product into connected forecasting infrastructure, supported by full-scale distribution and growth strategies.

Regulatory Alignment and Compliance

In parallel with product development, Hilo actively pursues regulatory alignment to support future reward mechanisms and platform expansion.

This includes: Applying for relevant VASP licenses where appropriate Establishing compliant frameworks for crypto-based rewards and incentives Building internal compliance processes and controls Engaging legal advisors to monitor evolving regulatory environments

Regulatory considerations are treated as a core operational track rather than a post-launch concern.

Team and Community Expansion

As the platform grows, Hilo plans to expand both its team and community.

This includes: Hiring across engineering, data, product, and operations Strengthening research and data science capabilities Growing and nurturing an engaged user community Establishing feedback-driven development processes Supporting contributors and early participants

Community growth is treated as a strategic asset, not a marketing metric.

Long-Term Outlook

Beyond these milestones, Hilo’s roadmap is driven by data quality, system performance, and downstream demand. Product evolution, monetization, partnerships, and distribution strategies are guided by measured outcomes rather than fixed timelines.

The long-term objective is to establish Hilo as durable prediction and data infrastructure, capable of supporting a wide range of use cases while remaining aligned with its core principles.
