You acknowledge and consent to the following terms:

By using the Services, you agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HILO, along with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, as well as the officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and representatives of any of the aforementioned entities, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, costs (including attorneys' fees and court costs), or claims or actions of any kind whatsoever that may arise from or be a result of your use of the Services, your violation of any provision within this User Agreement, and any acts or omissions on your part that may implicate publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

HILO retains the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control over any matter that would otherwise be subject to indemnification by you. In such a scenario, you agree to cooperate fully with HILO in the defense of such matter. We prioritize transparency and a fair understanding of these terms to ensure a positive user experience.
